Valentine's Day [2.14.08.]

so its not valentine's day anymore because it's past twelve o'clock. so what? who cares. [that was more of a statement rather than a question] but anyway today, i realized, was a wonderful day. This is one of thee few holidays that i actually kind of like for its core reason. the rest are commercial. not that this one isn't but i just love the idea of people spreading love to other people just because it's that certain day. but on the other hand...that's what i don't like about it also. although you love to get all this attention from the opposite sex and your loved ones the question is..why can't you get this love everyday?? why does there have to be a specific day to love someone or show someone that you care for them by buying them gifts and showering them with candy?? that's the commercial part about it that i hate. because my "theory" i guess you could say is if you really wanted to show me that you love me you can choose some random day instead of trying to make it stereotypically "special" for it to be on a holiday. That's another thing. why do people just looove having their "anniversary" [when they're really just monthly celebrations instead of yearly] on this "special" holiday???? that's a question i would like someone to answer for me.

uhm.uggs.[the epitome of boredom.]

so im home sick, bored out of my mind and my feet are freezing, i put on my uggs and realize how much i love them. and yes, i love them enough to write a blog about them.a little weard.but anywho→UGGS. probably the best things that have ever happened.
they are warm, cormfortable, versitile, and yes i think they are cute. 95% og the guys i know HATE uggs.but i loooowkey made my brother wear mine, and he saw the light.
i realize, many think that they rr a huge fashion DON'T, a big mistake, but mann.
i strongly disagree.
i wear my uggs with sweats, jeans, dresses, with my pj's, with shorts, indoors, outdoors. they go with EVERYTHING.
the master mind who created this boot could have come up with a better idea. i mean the word UGG isnt appealing...at all.
its kind of sad that i can actually post pictures about this...

ok so i had like thee worst feeling today after practice [track] i was de-hydrated...shaking...leg muscles were horrible. i couldn't evn walk home i had to call mi madre. yes i wimped out blah blah haha who cares. but anyway i got home laid down for 5 minutes...got up and took the most serene bath!! i haven't taken one in years oh.my.word. so soothing =] i swear i was in there for 45 minutes haha. when i got out i didn't feel like doing a thing! just got dressed and sat at the computer [lol] bt i am so lazy at this point in time i haven't done any homework and don't think i plan on to.... evn though i have a test tomorrow. ugh

have yoo ever just felt sooo lazy you don't want to do a thing??? that's how i'm feeling

But by far, this is the best ad campaign ever from Marc Jacobs.[well not exactly but it is definately one of my favorites.] Its something new, its something different and it is definatley reflective of the type of artist/person she is. she is fun x down-to-earth.check out teen vogue the march edition for an upclose view of this bomb ad campaigne.
